Description
Pressure Differential Valve – Precise Water Pressure Control
The Pressure Differential Valve, available in nominal sizes ranging from DN50 to DN600, is designed to regulate and maintain a stable pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. This valve operates under nominal pressures of PN16 and PN25, with a pressure range of 1.0 Mpa to 2.5 Mpa, and is suitable for water temperatures between 0℃ and 80℃. Designed in accordance with the JB/T 10674-2006 standard and tested to the GB/T13927-2008 standard, this valve ensures reliable performance and meets stringent quality criteria.
The working principle of the Pressure Differential Valve involves a dynamic response to pressure changes: when the pressure difference increases, the valve pilot opens further, allowing more water to discharge from the control chamber, thereby reducing the pressure in the control chamber and increasing the main valve opening. Conversely, when the pressure difference decreases, the valve pilot closes slightly, increasing the pressure in the control chamber and reducing the main valve opening. This feedback mechanism stabilizes the pressure difference at a defined value, adjustable through the needle valve and the pilot valve spring pressure.
