Description
Flow Control Valve | Precise Water Flow Control
The flow control valve is an automatic regulating valve designed to maintain a constant flow despite variations in upstream and downstream pressure. This model is available in various nominal sizes ranging from DN50 to DN600 and can handle nominal pressures from PN16 to PN25. The operating temperature range for this valve is from 0℃ to 80℃, making it extremely versatile and ideal for many applications where water is the primary medium.
When water enters the flow control valve through the inlet end, it flows into the main valve’s control chamber via the needle valve. The water then exits the main valve’s control chamber through the pilot valve and ball valve to reach the outlet. At this point, the main valve is in a fully open or floating position. The flow control valve, located above the main valve, allows for setting a specific degree of opening for the main valve. By adjusting the needle valve opening and setting the pilot valve spring pressure, the main valve’s opening can be maintained at a predefined level. The pilot valve automatically adjusts the opening to maintain a constant flow, even with changes in pressure.
This valve is designed for durability and efficiency using high-quality materials. The body made of GGG50 ensures robustness, while the 2Cr13 stem and CF8 seat provide resistance to corrosion and wear. NBR o-rings and sealing rings ensure reliable sealing, and the EPDM diaphragm offers flexibility and chemical resistance. Components such as the spring, ball valves, sealing collar, and cap, all made of stainless steel 304, contribute to a robust and durable construction.
The flow control valve, compliant with JB/T 10674-2006 standards and tested according to GB/T 13927-200, provides exceptional quality and reliability. These certifications ensure high performance and safety, making the valve ideal for industrial and commercial applications requiring precise water flow control.
