Cutting/Forming

Our CNC oxyfuel and plasma cutting capabilities enable us to cut a wide range of thicknesses from 1mm to 200mm. Our rolling and bending machines allow us to form thicknesses up to 60mm

Assembly/Welding

Assembly is carried out by teams of qualified boilermakers. Welding: We have an organization compliant with ISO 3834 and EN 1090 standards, allowing us to ensure the CE marking of our products.

Machining

Critical surfaces receive special attention during machining operations (turning, milling, boring) on state-of-the-art machines, ensuring the highest quality, productivity, and precision

Surface Treatment

To effectively protect against corrosion, we offer ACQPA-certified anticorrosion coating, including shot blasting, hot metal spraying, primer, and epoxy finish. Upon request, food-grade certified paint can also be applied

Stainless Steel Passivation

Our electrical workshop meticulously ensures the complete wiring of control and automation cabinets for valves. Each cabinet undergoes rigorous testing on a test bench to simulate valve operation cycles accurately
